coverting an Excel "IF" Statement to Access

i have the following if statement in an excel spreadsheet
my boss now want the whole data sheet transfered to Access can anyone please
help with the covertions of this IF statement to work in Access

=IF(Expiry Date<>"",IF(Expiry Date <Todays Date,"Cease Working ",IF(todays
date> Expiry Date -60,"Submit New Application"," ")),"")

Where Expiry Date and Todays Dates are Cells in Excel
