coverting access 97 to 2002

only the tables convert. All querries,forms and reports are missing. Please
help!
 
you can try to use the utility I created to get all the
objects from your '97 db and then create the database from
those objects in another (XP) format:

Go to Getting Started and download the installation.

I have successfully opened '97 files with that.
