I am using Word 2007. I created my own cover page and stored it in the cover
page drop down list in a group I created.

I will probably never use the built in cover pages also in the drop down
list. How can I move my group to the top of the drop down list or remove all
the other ones before it without permantely deleting them?

Hi Randy,

Within a Building Block gallery, such as 'Cover Pages' the preview categories are listed alphabetically and the preview entries in
each category are alphabetical.

By default the 'built-in' category is first. Name your category to start with a number of ~ or ! to move it to the top.

You can also assign a keyboard shortcut for your cover page in
Office Files Button=>Word Options=>Customize=>Keyboard shortcuts
and select the AutoText gallery after first opening your Cover Page gallery at least once after starting Word 2007.
