Counts and Percentages

I have data taken from a questionnaire that asks multiple
questions with yes/no or very good/good/poor type anwers.
I need to report these under the heading of each question
with percentages responding to each question. I can get
the totals saying yes/no via a simple Select Query with
two columns, a count used in one. However, this is
considered one data item and percentages cannot be
calculated for this.

Also, I have multiple questions and need to produce a
report with all of these in it. I have Access 2000 and no
chance of upgrading.
