Counting the contents of two columns in one Pivot Table

I can, very easily, do a pivot table counting the values of one variable o
column but it has been impossible for me to do the same with two variables o
columns in the same pivot table.

I would really appreciate any help with this problem. Thanks,

What data is in your source table, and what are you tring to count in
the pivot table?
