Counting Minutes

I'm trying to calculate the number of minutes (or hours) in column a
that corresponds to the number 5.25 in column b.

I keep getting zero.
 
What's your formula?

=SUMIF(B:B,5.25,A:A)

works for me

I played around with several different formulas, but I couldn't hit on
it. This works.
