Counting Birthdays

B

BK

Using Windows XP and Office 2007

Other calendar programs I have used in the past allow me to "count" the
number of occurrences of an event like a birthday. I could set the
recurrence to every year on that specific date and it would display as
"Susie's 7th birthday."

Although I can set the recurrence of an event like a birthday to every year
on a specific date in Outlook 2007, I don't see a way to get a "count" of
that event. Am I just missing it, or is it just not an available option?

It's not a option. It is possible to show the age on the contact form but
not in the subject.
See http://www.outlook-tips.net/code/age_form.htm

If you want the age in the subject line, you need to make individual
appointments -

Thanks, Diane. I'll see if either of these options fit.
