Can this be done?
I have 2 sheets. One is a rota with the name of the store down the left and
the date along the top. Each week is below each other.
On the second sheet I have a list of the staff along the top with cells
running down with numbers 1-23 in them for each days holiday they are
entitled to.
On the rota I also have a row saying "Holiday".
I want to be able to type the date of their holiday in the Holiday sheet,
and for the corresponding name to appear in that day in the holiday row of
the rota. If their is more than one person on holiday I want it to write the
first name then a "/" and then the second name then a "/" etc. I would say
the most people on holiday at any one time shouldn't be more than 4.
