Hello All,

Looks like a great place for me to find an answer to a problem I have been having. I am new to this and have started a new job recently where I use lookups and other excel functions I have not needed to use before. To save myself looking stupid I have tried to work this out myself but have not been able to due to the need to just get the detail I needed out ASAP. Anyway enough of that.

The problem I have is that the following countif formula =COUNTIF(Sheet1!B2:B5031,B9) which works fine, and gives me a total for all B9's in that column in this case Stock item 1 = 11, I also need to calculate how many of B9's (or Stock item 1) have with Staus Red which is in column C on sheet 1. I have tried a few variable but with no success.

I'm sure this is doable, so if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

regards,

BMAC
