Counterfeit Windows

I have a huge problem with my computer. The last couple of months the
computer has been sending me messages saying that the copy of Windows on my
computer may be counterfeit or may have been installed incorrectly. And with
that I cant do upgrades on windows or I have a great security on windows or
sometimes I cant install some programs because of this problem. What can I do?
