Count unique entry

I have a range of data in A1:A200. Cell B1 contains a
value that will be used as the lookup value. What is the
formula that I can put in cell C1 that will look in range
A1:A200 and count the number of times it finds the value
of cell B1?

Hi Todd

=COUNTIF(A1:A200,B1)
Countif function has two parameters - range to check, criteria
