Count Number of Different Cells

ForSale

B6:b45 includes a list of ID numbers. Some of the ID numbers will b
repeats. I need a formula that will count the number of differen
IDs.

Make sure there is no empy cells in that range.

=SUM(1/COUNTIF(B6:B35,B6:B35))

after you put that in the formula box, press control, shift and enter

Try...

=SUMPRODUCT((B6:B45<>"")/COUNTIF(B6:B45,B6:B45&""))
