Count formula

Good morning!!

I was wondering if there's a formula that could calculate
this, example:

Cell
A1 = 16
A2 = 16
A3 = 32
A4 = 32
A5 = 50
A6 = 50

I would like a formula that counts only 16, 32 and 50
once, the answer would be 3.
