Count coloured cells

Does anyone know how to count the number of cells in a column that are coloured?
 
any particular color?
colored how_____regular way______conditional format_____?

coloured?
 
Hi Don,

For the moment I just need to count all of the cells that are coloured (using the format toolbar and fill color) in a column and all that are not.
