Count A/IF ignoring certain values

I am building a staff rota with various shifts and I want a count at
the end of each day of how many people are in, but ignoring those who
are not in. I basically want to count all of my shifts (12 of them, A,
B, C etc) but ignore those on Holiday or Training (H, T).

Any help much appreciated, thanks!
