Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use.

I've seen this question posted a couple of times, but
there has not been a response to it and I was hoping maybe
someone could help.

When I try to open two databases, I get the above
mentioned error. Other users who are in the workgroup are
not having this problem. All users have the same
permissions set.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Version of Access on all all machines accessing the database and version of
Windows and are you across a network?
 
Access 2002 and we are on a network.
