Could not load type error

Good Morning, I'm hoping someone can assist me. I have a web
application, the application code and web pages are sitting on an
application server. I have created a virtual directory on the web
server pointing to a shared folder containing the app on the
application server. When I connect to the application in the browser
from any PC I get the following error message: "Parser Error Message:
Could not load type 'HR.Global'." If I copy the code down to my web
server and redirect the virtual directory to the local web server it
works fine. Any idea how to get around this problem? Any help
provided is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
