Could Not Delete from Specified Tables

Hi
I'm using Access 97 with visual basic SP6.

I have a simple query : "DELETE FROM WCha"

I got the message "Could Not Delete from Specified Tables" on 1 computer.
This query work fine on others computers.

Is anyone can help me ?
