could be a badly formed URL

Hi, everytime I try to publish my local page to internet I get this error:
Server error: "name of the file" does not refer to a page or folder in this web. It may be a page or folder in a subweb, or it could be a badly formed URL.

I started getting this error last week, after a lot of research, I opted for delete the whole internet site, and start all over again, but the error is still there..
any thoughts????

What part of your "lot of research" suggested you delete
your web and start over?

Close FrontPage.
Do a file search and find and delete all files named *.web and *.tmp.
Reopen FrontPage and then try.
