Hi, my Windows XP give an error that the file
c:\windows\system32\config\system is corrupted. I cd-
booted into repair console, and can't rename or copy the
above file. So I deleted the file (oops!), and now the
error message appears:
"lsass.exe error: When trying to update a password, this
return state indicates that the value provided on the
current password is not correct."

What should I do without losing the programs & data?
Thanks!
