Corrupted Record

There is a record in our database that is strange. Some fields have 'boxes'
in them, some have #ERROR and two date fields have 12/30/1899.

Any ideas as to why this would happen?

I cannot delete the record.

The Record ID for all other records is 5 digits long, this bad record's is
10 digits.
