When I turn on my computer it now says "Windows cannot load your profile
because it may be corrupted", then another message comes on saying that
Windows is loading a temporaty profile for me.
I can go online okay but I can't save anything now and can't retrieve any of
my documents, etc. I ran my virus scanner twice now but it didn't help this
problem. Waht do I do to get my profile back or do I create a new one and
how?
