Corrupted Outlook Express

I have a problem whereby when I open Outlook Express, the front page is
corrupted with other views from my homepage. I am still able to read the
messages, but cannot see the individual Folders and contents. I have tried
re-installing Outlook but this does not seem to help. Is there a way I can
remove IE 6.0 and then reinstall this as this might help?

Alternatively if anyone has any other bright ideas.......?
