Corrupted Gridlines in Microsoft Outlook 2003 Calendar Monthly View

Back in around April of 2007 I opened a support ticket for this problem with
Microsoft, and received a hot fix (935411) for it. However, since
installing SP3 the problem has come back again, and this time the hot fix
won't install. The problem is that the grid lines in the monthly calendar
view of Microsoft Outlook 2003 appear corrupted, both on the screen and when
printed out. In other words, the square box that sorrounds each day is not
complete. It is missing a portion of it, usually the part directly adjacent
to the day number. It's pretty annoying, and it happens on every computer I
have at home as well as in my office, so it's not really a hardware
(graphics card) specific issue. I use Outlook to print my own custom
monthly calendars, but this problem makes them look horrible and
unprofessional. Does anyone else notice this problem? I re-opened the
support ticket, but I've been waiting a long time to receive a response. I
think if more people opened similar support tickets the problem might get
resolved quicker. I've posted a screenshot here:

Does anyone else have this problem? It exists on every computer I've seen
with Office 2003 and SP3.

If it exists on every computer you've seen with Office 2003 and SP3, then
clearly you've answered your own question.
