Corrupted display ?

wired and confused

I get horizontal and vertical lines in the boot screen some in windows too.
Card is Ati 9500 I also get some colors
 
If you expect to get any level of assistance you are going to have to post
some information on your PC.

Crystal Balls don't work the same over the internet.

No display corruption with monitor On with video card have used my backup
card and it works ok
I have use the ATI 9500 for at least 6months. I took my computer too my
brothers house and I used his monitor. It worked fine connected my monitor
back up and got a corrupted display.
