Corrupted Access File

We have an Access File that apparently is corrupted on our network. When we
try to open the file from its network folder, Access loads, the menus and
toolbars appear but nothing else. No file name in the top header, and no
table, query, form, etc. objects. The file size remains about the same so
is there any way we can restore this file to its former state?

Can you see the database window and all the objects are gone - or is the
database window not even showing? If it's not try hitting F11. If it is
showing and it's blank, did you try compacting/repairing it? If so try
creating a new MDB and Importing all the objects over to the new MDB file.
It's also possible someone just made all the objects hidden, in that case go
to Tools -> Options -> View then click on "Hidden Objects".
