Corrupt pst?

Hello,

I have a pst file that has errors in it and I have several earlier pst
backups. When I run the Repair Tool on any of the pst files, the Repair Tool
crashes as soon as I hit Repair.

I did create a new profile which does work. But there must be some way for
me to recover all my data. I wonder if the Repair Tool has a problem and if
there is some other way of repairing a pst file (perhaps something online or
an add-on program)?

Also, I previously renamed the outcmd.dat file but I can not find a new one
when I search my files with hidden files showing. Does anyone have an idea
about where that outcmd file might be hiding?

I have been trying to solve this on another group with no luck. Any help
would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot,

Bob

I was able to solve this problem by letting the Repair tool run even when
the Task Manager said it was Not Responding. So if anyone has a very large
pst file, just let the Repair Tool run for a while even if you think it
crashed.
