corrupt font folder

SPRINGFLG_ADV_DAEMON:WKSCAL.EXE
The prodedure entry point GetlUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.dll

Now many of the fonts are showin up as jiberish - and I cannot access thr font folder under the control panel
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
