Corrupt file

When starting up my XPE system I always get the following error message:

"Windows - Corrupt File

The file or directory \WINDOWS\CSC\csc1.tmp is corrupt and unreadable.
Please run the Chksdk utility."

Now, (1) I have tried to delete the csc1.tmp and restarted the PC; then it
seems to have been created and corrupted again because I still get the same
message, (2) I don't have Chksdk on the installation, what should I do?, (3)
I have tried to use the drives Error-checking tool from Windows Explorer but
then, when I restart the PC I get the following error: "autochk program not
found - skipping AUTOCHK".

What to do?
