Corrupt file

I am trying to download a manual from the internet that uses wordpro. I then get a flag that tells me my MSWRD832.CNV file is probably corrupt. I can't find any way to repair it. Thanks for any suggestions.
 
Its a word convertor, You should be able to reinstall the convertor from yr
