corrupt cookie folder

I keep getting an error stating corrupt cookie folder.
THis foler will not recieve any cookies, I cant delte it
because it is a windows sys file? how in the heck do i
restore/fix this?

Sorry still cant fix this problem any ideas??

Well, I would simply recreate a new profile. Boot into admin profile
and rename your profile directory in "Documents and Settings". Then
login with your profile again and it recreates a new profile. Move any
files you want into your new profile from your old. Hope this helps!

i cant find a way to fix a COOKIE FOLDER! duh
