Corrupt Comments

When they create a comment - when you try to go back into
it to read the comment, it shows the comment hundreds of
rows away. the box is really tiny you have to make it
large to read it.
All staff share the spreadsheet and say that they are all
on Office 2000.

I don't know a way to avoid it, but Debra Dalgleish has some code that puts
those comments back to where they belong:
