Correlation

I have many columns of data that i would like to measure the correlations between (a total of 146 columns of data). Below the data, I want to create a correlation matrix using the "=correl" function. Is there an efficient way to type this formula and have it anchor correctly for copying and pasting across the 146 rows and columns? Obviously in a cell that is measuring the correlation between the same two columns, the number will equal 1 (which will create a downward diagonal value of 1 across the matrix). If my question makes sense to anyone, I would appreciate a suggestion. Thanks.

Using the CORREL function on a matrix that large could be rather
painful, but the Analysis ToolPak has a Correlation tool that will
calculate the matrix for you.
