CORRECTION - Leading Zero's

I can get the leading zero's entered, it's when I save
the file as a csv that they drop off. Any suggestions?
We load information to our company database using csv
files.

Actually it is when you reopen the file in excel they will drop off, when
you save it as csv
they are there. What you can do is to save it as txt instead, then when you
open it in excel you will get
a choice in step 3 of the text import wizard, where you can select text
under column data format
