correct version of wuauclt.exe Windows Update AutoUpdate Client

I have several copies of wuauclt.exe on my computerlocated in
I386,\windows\system 32, windows\servicepackfiles\I386, and
windows\system32\dllcache. There are two file versions, 5.8.0.2469 and
5.4.3630.1106 but are of different sizes. I am using windows xp service
pack 2. All critical updates have been applied. Does anyone know which
is the latest version and date?

Latest version I have is 5.8.0.2469 - in the windows\system32 folder.
