Corporare presence wizard

I am using Front Page 2000 and am doing some lessons. Every time i go to
access the corporate presence wizard, it gives me the clasic "program has
performed an ilegal operation and will be shut down" i have shut down and
rebooted and this still occurs. Is there a reason why?
