When I copy a certain worksheet into a new workbook the alignment of the
contents to the print pages changes gradually and where I had 2 print pages
before, I suddenly have 4. I checked the margins of the pages and they are
unchanged. Has anybody observed something like this before? Is there a
solution to avoid this? Thanks!

Hi,

If the column widths are different this may happen, if the fonts are
different also.

Or the themes (2007) are differents.

If you want two pages verticaly, for it - choose File, Page Setup, Fit to
Page, enter 2 in Tall and 1 the wide option. Or for 2 pages horizontally 1
in tall, 2 in wide.

Just curious.

If OP is copying the sheet why would the column widths and fonts be
different?

This seems to have something to do with the font size / DPI setting of the
operating system. The problem only occurs on my PC which has in Windows Visa
a 106DPI font size setting. On the laptop, which has the standard 96DPI
setting, everything is fine. Strange ....
