Copying Word Doc to CD

My client has Windows XP Home. When they try and copy a
document to CD the file is transfered but there is no data
in it. Is this a problem with the procedure they are
following or is there a bug ???

I've burned many CDs with the built-in system in XP and never seen
anything like this. I have to assume that your client is doing
something wrong.

Possibly client is probably just putting a shortcut on to cd-r instead of
the file itself - I've seen that done in the past.
