Copying Visible Cells only to Another Program

I have a database from which I would like to copy only the
visible cells and paste them into either email or Word.
I know that you can copy back into Excel using the GoTo
and Special commands but all hidden cells appear when
pasted into other applications.

Can anyone help?

Paste the cells onto a another sheet in Excel, then copy that range, and
paste into the other application.
