Copying toolbars to other computers

Toolbars are stored in templates. Note that modifications to built-in
toolbars can't be copied from one template to another except by manually
matching the modifications. Custom toolbars can be copied using the
Organizer.

Does anyone know how one would copy a specific toolbar from one machine to
