Copying table from webpage to worksheet

Good morning!

I want to create a macro that opens the following hyperlink:
http://www.nordpool.no/marketinfo/elspot/areaprices/overview.cgi

than selects the table on this webpage and copies it to my worksheet.

How can this be done?

Excel 2003

Data > Import External DATA > New Web Query

opens a browser
put your URL in and hit Go
select which tables you want

data shows up on the current sheet
