Hi,

I have a form in an Access database that I would like to
copy into Word. Can I copy the screen and paste it into
Word as a picture? I have seen a Word document where
there was a picture of a screen shot taken while in Access
(it had the Windows menu bar at the bottom, etc.) and was
wanting to know how to go about doing this.

Thanks, Mark

If not already, temporarily change the Popup property of the form to True
and then open it. Press <Alt-PrintScreen>. Switch to Word and "Paste".

Having Popup as True provides for only the form being copied to the Windows
Clipboard. If that is False then you get the entire Access window.

Hey,

I figured it out. "alt" + "print scrn" then "edit"
and "paste"

Thanks, Mark
