Copying in a continous form

I have a continuous form set up that has single lines of data entry. I would
like the user to be albe to copy information in a field on one line to the
same field in the next line using the up arrow.

For example:
Invoice# Date Description Project# Amount
Invoice# Up Arrorw Up Arrow Project# Amount

Your help with the correct code for doing this would be appreciated.
