Someone may know of a better way, but the only way I've

found to do it is to do a print screen. Then paste the
print screen into Paintbrush. Then save as .bmp. Once
you've saved the file as a bitmap, you can then insert the
bitmap into your word document. You may also be able to
immediately paste your screen print into word, but I've
not tried that.
