copying from Excel into Word

I have a large Excel worksheet that I need to copy into
Word. Whenever I copy and paste it, the data will never
fit onto a page in Word, yet in Excel it fits no problem.

I have tried the normal Copy and Paste function, to no
avail. I have also tried Copy and Paste Special,using
the Microsoft Excel Object option and it still wont work.

I know this worksheet will actually fit into Word because
a colleague of mine has done it but they have now left
the company.

This 'simple'problem is driving me mad. What am I doing
wrong???

Hi
in Word you can resize the imported file. sometimes it is also helpful
to insert the object as image (note: you can't edit it afterwards and
it won't refresh)
