Copying from Access 2003 to Excel 2003

I am attempting to copy and paste text data from Access 2003 to Excel
2003 out of multiple cells. The copy and past function brings over
only 256 characters and I need much more than that. I have also tried
exporting the data in multiple formats and have encountered the same
limitation. Anyone have a suggestion?

Hi Liam,

If you set up a query in Access that returns the data you need, you can
then either
-export it to Excel (using File|Export)
-import it into Excel (using Excel's Data|Import External Data command).
