HELP!!!!

I have an excel spreadsheet with several complex formulas that relat
to several spreadsheets.

This all works fine but my main problem is when I copy and paste th
form to fit several on 1 page. It copies fine but adjusts the formula
to the new cell info. This is OK but I dont want it to change the cel
reference to the other worksheets.

I am not an expert on excel but can do certain stuff. Am I missin
something stupid to stop this happening.

Please help.

Cheers

Mar

Copy from the formula bar or do edit>replace and replace the equal sign =
with R=, now copy and paste, when you are done do a reverse replace

find what
R=
replace with
=
