Copying files from XP to Vista

When I try to copy files from my XP Pro machine to my Vista Business laptop
via my LAN, I get the message "Destination Access Folder Denied. You need
permission to perform this action". It happens mostly with .mdb and .zip
files. Most files will copy and sometimes an mdb file will copy. I have
read everything I can get my hands on, and no solution has been found!!

If you are sure you have assign permission in the Security tab, you may take over the ownership. These links may help,

"Destination Folder Access Denied"or 'CANCEL'....of course 'RETRY' just repeats the error window and 'CANCEL' removes the file that you have dropped into the destination folder. ...
