Copying files from outlook to a guest pocket pc

Is there a way to copy 300 of my contacts in Outlook to a friends pocket pc
with or without activesync, in a way that all of his contacts on his pocket
pc won't be added to my outlook contacts?

Its more of a PPC issue.
