Copying excel table into word?

Help!
I need to find out how, if possible, to insert a table into word document
without the lines, just the text. Is this at all possible. need help asap.
 
There may be a better way to do what you are proposing, but I would do it
this way: Copy the table into your document and then go to Table > Hide Grid
Lines, then Save the document.

Hope this works for you.
 
Edit | Paste Special as Unformatted Text is also a possibility.
 
You can remove the borders upon insertion by pressing Ctrl+Alt+U. My
understanding is that if gridlines are hidden in Excel, you will not get
borders when you paste into Word.
